在中国的积雪草遗传多样性的分析

Centella Asiatica is considered an essential plant species used in traditional Chinese medicine. To help the efficient use and conservation of this species, a recent research has investigated the genetic diversity of Centella Asiatica populations in China using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers.14 natural populations (a total of 162 individuals) has been used to estimate genetic diversity.
The results of this study showed a relatively high genetic diversity at the species level. At the population level, the genetic diversity of Jinhua, Zhejiang Province and Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province populations was relatively high too, whereas the genetic diversity of Guang’an, Sichuan Province and E’mei, Sichuan Province showed to be relatively low.
